Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you LOVE your purchase, but if you aren't satisfied, we will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the shipment date. Unworn, unwashed merchandise should be mailed, along with your email address or phone number that was used for your purchase.
SALE ITEMS ARE SALE FINAL!
- If you received the wrong item or if you feel your item has a defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Items purchased at full price may be returned. Items purchased at full price within 30 days of receiving your item may be eligible for a store credit only. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be unwashed, unworn, tags attached, and in the same condition as you received it. Sale & clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To complete your return, email email@example.com for further instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
